Location, cleanliness of the rooms and property.
Hotel room keys frequently didn't work properly and when I alerted the night staff, he was very obtuse and lacked empathy for the situation. Breakfast could offer a variety rather than the same menu day after day.

We had delicious breakfasts.
The place was tidy and beautifully decorated, it had superbly friendly staff from the vallet parking attendants to receptionists. Our rooms were spotless and had a TV set and a kettle. The hotel was in a very central location to uptown. Plus, it was adjacent to Charlotte for a longer stay as well as entertainment venues.

Wonderful staff and location and all in all it's nicely decorated hotel. Impressive rooms come with a better heating system, a king size bed, amazing views. The location is stunning and fantastic, 5 minutes' walk to a science museum. There's a great bar at the venue. Thank you for a fun stay.

It's just a top selection for getting around the area in Charlotte with excellent value. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection and was a nice start to my days. Tip, consider nearby parking options for better rates.

Would recommend for a flash visit
Convenient location, helpful staff, the hotel's location being right beside the Spectrum Center made it perfect for attending shows. The included breakfast was excellent, and it was just a short walk to the 3rd Street/Convention Center.
Some amenities could be improved.
