Hotel room keys frequently didn't work properly and when I alerted the night staff, he was very obtuse and lacked empathy for the situation. Breakfast could offer a variety rather than the same menu day after day.

The hotel was in a central setting convenient to Spectrum center. Visited Blackfinn Ameripub for a few drinks, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property, recommend. The staff was very professional and responsive, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Units with a king size bed. Hotel's breakfast was top class and enjoyable.

Didn't like the area, it was questionable.

I chose Hyatt House Charlotte Center City for its convenient location near the Bank of America Stadium. But the 24-hour mini-market and the H Bar pleasantly surprised me. The bar was a great spot to unwind with a drink or grab a snack.

Honestly only found one thing wrong with the place. The pool!

When we visit Charlotte, like staying here. Fully equipped tidy property, it has super-friendly and gentle staff from the vallet parking attendants to receptionists.

Super nice and clean rooms with city view. Front desk staff incredibly helpful and friendly with great recommendations for exploring the area. Valet attendants also very friendly and courteous. Perfect location in the heart of uptown, within walking distance to various attractions and easy access to transportation options. The kitchenette was a cool addition and the easy check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Maintenance was quick to address any issues. A truly wonderful stay with all the amenities and comfort I needed!

Greatly enjoyed my awesome stay for three nights over the Independence Day holiday. My room was brilliant and nice with a kitchenette. The main bar was available on the premises.

A nice size room and a kitchenette area and a kettle inside. Complimentary and good hot breakfast to star a day with hot offerings & continental offerings, an omelette station plus good strong coffee. Location - best possible, adjacent to the Market, Nascar Museum, restaurants, and the tour pickup location. Besides, very convenient to Uptown Charlotte.

I must comment on its very central location - it was stunning.

The building is beautiful and the rooms are nicely decorated. The location is unbeatable and magnificent and they have parking on site.
